Free download iPhone Contacts to iPhone Transfer, and install it to your computer. Connect your iPhone to PC. All the playlists will be shown on the left part of program.

Step1. Click "Contact" to open the contact folder, then all the contact records will be shown on the right part of interface, check to select the contacts which you want to transfer from iPhone to another phone.
